Local 38 – Northwood Homecare Inc. Bargaining Update: Tentative Agreement Rejected

Dear members,

As you are aware, ratification sessions were held on November 17 and 18. The results from the vote were that the membership has rejected the tentative agreement that was brought forward by your Bargaining Committee with a recommendation of acceptance.

We would like to review these results with the membership and to have discussions on next steps.
