Local 46 – Property Valuation Services Tentative Agreement Reached

Dear members,

We are pleased to report that your Bargaining Committee reached a tentative agreement late in the day on December 2^nd, and are recommending acceptance.

The tentative agreement provides for a three (3) year term commencing April 1, 2022 through until March 31, 2025. It includes economic adjustments in each year of the agreement along with other enhancements to various provisions of the collective agreement.

Further details of the tentative agreement will be shared with you during an information and ratification vote session currently being scheduled. Your Bargaining Committee will be present at this session and able to answer any questions you have at that time.
