Local 48 – Nova Scotia Pension Services Corporation: Your Tentative Agreement Has Been Ratified!

Dear member,

Your Bargaining Committee is pleased to announce that your tentative agreement with the Nova Scotia Pension Corporation has been ratified by 100% of the members that voted. Eighty percent of the local cast ballots.

This agreement will be effective April 1, 2021 until March 31, 2025. Wages will increase by 7% over the term of the agreement, with the first 3% increase effective April 1, 2021.

Other highlights include increases to health spending accounts and RRSP contribution limits.

We would like to thank you for your support and patience through this round of bargaining.

Updates on the signing of the collective agreement will be provided when completed.
