Local 59 A and B – Yarmouth Association For Community Residential Options (YACRO) Tentative Agreement Reached
After five days of negotiations, your bargaining committee has reached a tentative agreement that we are prepared to recommend for acceptance by the membership.
The union will be holding voting sessions at the Dartmouth office (255 John Savage) on Tuesday, December 4th from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and at the Yarmouth office (59 Hawthorne Street) on Wednesday, December 12th from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Your employer will allow you to leave work to vote at one of these sessions, however you must check with your supervisor before leaving.
Youy committee is recommending acceptance of the employer’s offer. The rationale for the committee’s recommendation will be explained at the voting sessions. A vote by secret ballot will take place at these sessions.
