LPN Reclassification Update
Good afternoon,
The Joint Steering Committee (JSC) met but were unable to reach agreement on the substantial changes identified by Arbitrator Bruce Outhouse.
These outstanding items have now been referred to Arbitrator Lorraine Lafferty to consider and issue a decision on. The hearing with Arbitrator Lafferty is scheduled for June 10th, 11th and 12th.
The union is now preparing for this hearing and there has not been any talk of cancelling.
Please keep an eye on your email for further updates after the hearing dates.
