Mental Health Week, May 4 to 10
Mental Health Week is an annual initiative led by the Canadian Mental Health Association, dedicated to raising awareness about mental health, reducing stigma, and promoting well-being.
Each year, Mental Health Week invites us to reflect on our own well-being, check in with one another, and open conversations about mental health in ways that feel honest, accessible, and grounded in real experience.
This year’s theme, Come Together, Canada, calls on people from coast to coast to coast to connect with the people in our lives and the communities around us.
