RNs & LPNs – You’re invited to a telephone town hall meeting!
After hearing repeated concerns about workload, scheduling and stress in the workplace from you, our nursing members, we conducted in-depth research to help get to the root of these issues. Through a series of focus groups and on-line surveys, we have some very interesting findings that we would like to share with you.
As an RN or LPN working in an NSGEU position, we believe it’s important that you hear the results of this research from us, first. So, we would like to invite you to participate in a telephone town hall we are holding on Thursday, May 2nd.
This Thursday at 7:30 p.m., NSGEU President Joan Jessome will be hosting the session which will focus on our key findings and what we plan to do next.
Participating is easy. We call you at 7:30 p.m. During the meeting, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and make comments, just like in a radio call-in show. The meeting will last about 60 minutes, but you can leave at any time simply by hanging up.
If you don’t believe we have your current phone number on file, please contact us by Wednesday, May 1st at 424-4063 or 1-877-556-7438 to update your contact information. If you don’t receive a call the night of the Town Hall, or experience any technical difficulties during the call, please contact us at the above number.
We look forward to hearing from you on Thursday!
