Civil Service Bargaining Update #2 – December 5th
Dear Civil Service members,
After speaking to both Bargaining Committees and reviewing briefs from the NSGEU and the Employer, the Arbitration Board notified us today that a mediated settlement is not possible and they are moving to arbitration.
Now, we await the Board’s decision on outstanding issues between the Employer and the Union, expected before the end of the year.
