Civil Service Bargaining Update May 25, 2021
We have had a few days of full bargaining. During that time, we have tabled all of our proposals. We have tentative agreement on some non-monetary and language issues, so there has been some progress.
We expect during the upcoming days there will be discussion about monetary priorities. You can view our monetary proposals here.
Your Bargaining Committee is somewhat disappointed with the pace of negotiations as the Employer has now cancelled 2.5 scheduled bargaining dates.
Thank you for your solidarity and support. Your Committee will do its utmost to obtain a fair agreement for you. Please watch your email for further updates.
If you have any questions about bargaining or the bargaining process, please contact a member of your Bargaining Committee below. You can also call the NSGEU at 1-877-556-7438 (toll-free) or firstname.lastname@example.org.
