Civil Service Master Agreement has been signed today, Sept 3, 2013. Retroactive pay is expected either on October 3 or the following pay.

We are pleased to announce that the employer signed the Civil Service Master Agreement today, September 3, 2013. Today is the official signing date. We have been told by the employer that retro may be paid on the October 3, 2013 pay, otherwise it will likely be included on the following pay.
