Local 179 Bargaining Update: Proposals Exchanged, Future Dates Set

Contract negotiations between the employer and the union commenced today, December 7th, with the parties meeting to exchange proposals.

We have scheduled further bargaining dates on January 17, 24, 25 and February 7, 2023.

Your bargaining committee is committed and will work diligently toward achieving a fair collective agreement for all members of Local 179.
