Local 84 – Cape Breton County Homemakers Tentative Agreement Reached, Info/Voting Sessions Scheduled

Good morning,

Your bargaining committee was able to reach a tentative agreement with your employer after several days at the negotiation table. A ratification meeting will be held on Saturday, November 23^rd at the Grand Lake Road Fire Hall, Room 15.

There will be two information sessions held: one from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and the second from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Your bargaining committee will be on-hand to answer any questions you may have and to make a presentation of the proposed changes. Local members may vote at either session with a ballot count taking place at 8 p.m. This will be your only opportunity to vote on your tentative agreement, so please attend one of the sessions.
