Health Care Council of Unions Returning to the Table

We are pleased to report that government and employers have finally agreed to return to the bargaining table on July 18th and 19th, and we will be joined by the Conciliation Officer on July 22nd.

In addition, we have now scheduled three conciliation dates on essential services from August 13th to 15th. It is our hope that, with the oversight of a Conciliation Officer, NSH will finally produce the complete information required, and we will be able to produce a complete, agreed-upon essential services agreement for the Health Care bargaining unit, which is required to allow us to take strike action in the future, if required.
