Local 53 – Halifax Regional Centre for Education Bargaining Update: Tentative Agreement Reached Information Session & Vote Scheduled
On the afternoon of March 7, your bargaining committee reached a tentative agreement with your employer and the Committee is recommending acceptance.
We have arranged for a information/ratification vote sessions as follows:
Date: Monday, March. 18th. 2024
Times: 6:00 p.m. & 8:00 p.m.
Place: NSGEU Conference Centre, 255 John Savage Avenue, Dartmouth
Copies of the tentative agreement will be available at the information sessions.
Your Lead Negotiator, Shawn Johnson and members of your Bargaining Committee will be on hand to discuss the tentative agreement and answer any questions you may have. The ratification vote will be held after the information session.
