WHAT: Telephone town hall meeting, Home Support

WHEN: Thursday, March 26^th, 7:30 p.m.

On Thursday, March 26th, the NSGEU is holding an emergency telephone town hall meeting with all Home Support members to discuss the government’s decision to further privatize the province’s home support services, and how this decision may impact you.

The meeting will be hosted by NSGEU President Joan Jessome. We realize many of you have questions about what stage government is at with their efforts to privatize and how your jobs will be affected. It is critical that you make every effort to participate in the call, so you can ask questions and find out what you can do to help!

Participating in a telephone town hall meeting is easy. We will call you between 7:30 and 7:40 p.m. on Thursday, March 26th. During the call, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and make comments. The meeting call will last about 90 minutes, but you can leave at any time simply by hanging up.
