for all Case Aides

WHAT:  Telephone Town Hall Meeting

WHEN: Wednesday, May 3, 2017

TIME:    7:00 p.m.

We have been hearing from members in a number of areas in the province regarding changes the Employer has made to your conditions of work including your hours of work and the type of work. We are holding a telephone town hall in order to hear these concerns directly from you and to allow you to share these with your fellow members and discuss next steps.

President Jason MacLean, Director of Negotiations and Servicing for the Civil Service, Grant Vaughan, along with other Civil Service Employee Relations Officers will be on the call to hear your comments and answer any questions you may have.

Participating in a telephone town hall meeting is easy. We will call you between 7:00 to 7:10 p.m. on Wed. May 3, 2017. During the call, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and make comments by dialing *3. The meeting call will last about 90 minutes, but you can leave at any time simply by hanging up.

You should receive a call reminding you of the town hall. If you do not receive a call, we may not have your correct phone number on file and you will need to dial in yourself by calling 1-877-229-8493 followed by 114013 and the pound sign after 7 p.m..

If you did not receive a call, please contact us so we can update your contact information by calling 902-424-4063 (toll-free 1-877-556-7438) or by email at inquiry@nsgeu.ca.

This is your opportunity to ask any questions, or voice any concerns you have. Please make every effort to participate in the call.
