WHAT:  Telephone Town Hall Meeting

WHEN: Thursday, December 22, 2016

TIME:    7:00 p.m.

We are holding a telephone town hall information session in order to discuss changes your employer is making to the roles of Access Facilitators and Case Aides and our efforts to protect your rights through this process.

Jason MacLean, NSGEU President, Grant Vaughan, Director of Negotiations and Servicing for the Civil Service, and Civil Service Employee Relations Officers will be on the call to answer any questions you may have.

Participating in a telephone town hall meeting is easy. We will call you between 7:00 to 7:10 p.m. on Thurs. Dec. 22, 2016. During the call, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and make comments by dialing *3. The meeting call will last about 60 minutes, but you can leave at any time simply by hanging up.

You should receive an advance call Monday evening reminding you of the town hall. If you do not receive a call, or if you are unsure if we have an up-to-date phone number for you, please contact us by calling 902-424-4063 (toll-free 1-877-556-7438).

This is your opportunity to ask any questions, or voice any concerns you have. Please make every effort to participate in the call.
