Canadian Federation of Students Holding Day of Action on Wed. Feb. 4 at noon at Victoria Park
Our PSE Coalition partner (Canadian Federation of Students – Nova Scotia) is holding a Day of Action on Wednesday, February 4, starting at 12:00 noon at Victoria Park in Halifax.
There will be speakers, giant puppets, hot food and drinks, and a march down Spring Garden Road to the Legislature.
Their three key demands are:
• Reduce Tuition Fees
• Convert student loans to grants
• Increase university funding to the national average.
