President Joan Jessome and ERO/Negotiator Jo-Ann Bailey discuss Local 93, 94, 95 – Filing notice of bad faith bargaining and filing for conciliation tomorrow, Feb. 27.
NSGEU President Joan Jessome and ERO/Negotiator Jo-Anne Bailey spoke to over 300 members of Local 93,94,95 on Monday night on a Telephone Town Hall. They discussed what happened during bargaining and why they are filing a complaint for bargaining in bad faith with the Department of Labour as well as filing for conciliation. You can listen to the description of the last day of negotiations below. Negotiations with Local 20, Hearing and Speech were also not productive.
