Provincial Election: Leadership Questionnaire
As you know, there is a Provincial election underway in Nova Scotia right now.
The NSGEU is a non-partisan organization, and we do not support any one political party. As such, our Political Action Committee (PAC) reached out to the leaders of the three major parties (Liberals, PC and NDP) to invite them to complete our leadership questionnaire by August 9th and to participate in a “fireside chat” to discuss issues that are of importance to our members.
- You can read NDP’s responses to our questions here: https://nsgeu.ca/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/nsndp-response-nsgeu-1.pdf
- You can read PC’s responses to our questions here: https://nsgeu.ca/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/pc-nsgeu-questionnaire.pdf
- You can read Liberal’s responses to our questions here: https://nsgeu.ca/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/liberal-nsgeu-questionaire.pdf
NDP Leader Gary Burrill participated in the fireside chat, and that recording is available here: https://soundcloud.com/user-807277680/garyburill_ndp/s-DpQgfthzNTN
