They have been tireless advocates, speaking out on issues of patient safety and pushing for the introduction of mandatory minimum nurse to patient ratios, to ensure safe staffing levels in our hospitals.

NSGEU nurses truly are leading the way in Nova Scotia, calling for much-needed improvements to our health care system, all while working in challenging conditions.
