You are invited to the NSGEU Free Family Picnic
Hosted by the Social Recreation Committee

Where: Oakfield Provincial Park, 366 Oakfield Park Rd, Grand Lake, NS

When: Saturday, July 26, 2025 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Rain date: Sunday, July 27, 2025 same time.

RSVP Deadline: July 18, 2025.. If weather cancellation is necessary this will be posted on the NSGEU website, social media and emailed by 3:00 p.m. Friday, July 25, 2025.

The food is free! We’ll be serving hot dogs and pizza while supplies last. We cannot accommodate special diets, but members are able to bring their own picnic lunches.

Site is wheelchair accessible.

Don’t forget your sunscreen and water. NSGEU will have a limited supply.

Provincial beach lifeguards on duty, but you are responsible for the safety of your own children.

This event is organized by NSGEU’s Social Recreation Committee.
