Local 41 – Northwoodcare Bedford: Union Grieving Delayed Retro Pay

The union has been advised by your employer that they do not plan to pay your retroactive pay until June 1, 2023.

Delaying the retro pay you’re owed until June 1 is obviously unreasonable. As such, we have filed a policy grievance on behalf of the bargaining unit, demanding interest be paid on the retroactive sum.

We will keep you apprised of the status of our grievance, or if the employer’s position changes as a result.
